Relax through Sound Healing. Saturday’s 12pm – 1pm. Free Donation Based. First Come First Serve. Doors OPEN 15 minutes Before class. Yoga mats, pillows and blankets are provided. It is highly recommended to bring an eye masks for an even more immersive experience.

Class Description: Relaxation has almost limitless therapeutic benefits for our overall well-being. Set yourself up for the week ahead and give your body a reset by way of sound therapy meditation. This is a great opportunity to simply rest, relax, and give your body the gift of restoration and healing.

*If for some reason you are running late, please don’t let that stop you from joining the healing session. If the curtain is closed you are free to come in (softly quietly) and find any open mat *If you are more than 15 min late please respectfully attend the next healing session*
